How to apply
Our process is fully transparent and we will support you through each stage, with plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions.

Stage 1
Tell us about you.
Begin by completing a short online application form, answering two questions, and attaching your CV. You will receive automated confirmation once you submit your application.
Stage 2
Finding out more.
If your application is successful, you will be invited for a first interview with one of our Client Directors, and a member of the HR team, to find out more about you and your motivation for applying for this role. These first-stage interviews will be conducted over Zoom.
Stage 3
Prove your potential.
Following a successful first interview you will be invited to our Edinburgh office for the final stage.
This in depth stage includes a range of activities and the opportunity to meet a wide range of people – from Partners, to managers on the programme.
