International All Cap: inflections points

Joe is a member of the International All Cap Portfolio Construction Group and in 2024 became part of their central desk. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2002. Joe graduated MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and gained an MBA from the University of Edinburgh in 2009. Joe is a CFA Charterholder. 

Katie is an investment specialist in the International Equities group and has been a member of the International Growth Portfolio Construction Group since 2025. She joined Baillie Gifford in 2021, prior to this, she spent six years at Dundas Global Investors and more than a decade at RBS. Katie graduated BA in Accounting & Financial Analysis from the University of Newcastle in 2001 and holds qualifications from the CISI.

Chris is a client service director in the Clients Department where he has responsibility for North American Clients. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004. Chris graduated MA in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh in 1992, MSc in Neutral Computation from The University of Stirling in 1993, and PhD in Cognitive Science from The University of Edinburgh in 1996.
