Our ways of working

Our ways of working are based on principles such as trust, client outcomes and collaboration rather than detailed policies. Explaining what this means day-to-day is difficult, as we aim to maintain excellent investment research, performance and client service through experimentation and ongoing evaluation. While we expect regular attendance in our offices, most roles have a hybrid element and we don’t set fixed days or hours across the firm. What works for each team is agreed locally.
