We’ll be open and honest with you at every stage, so you have a clear idea of what it’s like to work at Baillie Gifford. Here is an overview of how to apply and the key steps in the process:
Step 1
It’s quick and easy to apply online. Just upload your CV, telling us about your education, interests, and attributes, and then answer a few simple questions on the online form to help us get to know you. You’ll receive an automated response when you submit your application to confirm we’ve received it.
Step 2
If you make it through the initial application process, we’ll invite you for an online Zoom interview with some of our department line managers. We’ll explore your application in more detail and ask you some critical skills-based questions to help you showcase your abilities and strengths.
Step 3
This final stage is more in-depth. You will visit our Edinburgh office, which helps us assess you in a group setting. It’s also your chance to ask questions and speak to current apprentices, team members, and other employees to learn more about life at Baillie Gifford.
