What we look for
We seek curious minds who are passionate about technology and are in the penultimate year of a technology-related degree.
You will demonstrate an inquisitive mind willing to try new things, broaden your technology skills and apply them in a practical setting.
Curiosity
You’ll need to be fascinated with technology and keen to explore its potential uses. There are many opportunities to learn, and you’ll experience all the different aspects of technical infrastructure with us. You’ll also discover the wide range of career opportunities we offer here.
Problem-solving
As you will be embedded in teams and doing real work, you must approach with a problem-solving mindset. During the application process, we want to hear about your problem-solving approach to technical challenges. We also want to hear about your experiences and how your strengths play out in real situations—perhaps from a part-time job or society you’ve been part of while studying.
Adaptability
We know you already have many ideas about how technology can support business performance and we want to see them in action. You will need to show you can be adaptable and respond quickly to take on board new information and incorporate it into better business solutions.
There is always something new to learn about our technology or from the technology experts you’ll engage with. That might take you out of your comfort zone, but you will be quick to adapt and find ways to meet those challenges.

We’re looking for well-rounded individuals who embrace new opportunities and experiences. You will be keen to join an ambitious, experienced team that shares knowledge and encourages creative thinking.
