About the programme

You won’t just follow technical trends closely; we’ll help you get to the point where you can lead on them. Over approximately two years, you will rotate across technology teams. Whether immersed in developing new applications or optimising our enterprise IT, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to broaden your skills and discover your future potential. After your training, you’ll hit the ground running, working on real-life projects and business demands focused on developing new applications or optimising our enterprise IT.

What does the job involve?

Our technology solutions graduates deploy a wide range of technologies to create business solutions. Collaborating closely with internal clients to understand their needs, you will work with your team and other information systems colleagues to develop and maintain technical systems and applications that deliver results.

How is the programme structured?

Regardless of the route taken, you will always be adding value and learning through challenging work focused on meeting the needs of our internal clients.

Immersive training

Your journey starts with immersive training. This foundational period equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed by familiarising you with our tech stack and building your business understanding.
